Contract For Home

We'll negotiate as your advocate – you call the shots, we'll do everything we can to make it happen.

Conduct Inspections

We'll help you evaluate the condition of the home with the help of professionals and meet the deadlines specified in the contract.

Obtain Hazard Insurance

Your lender will require that your new purchase is adequately insured for hazards and liabilities – and you'll want it too.

Finalize Financing

You'll wrap up the remaining details for securing your loan, including the appraisal and final documentation required by your lender.

Prepare for Settlement

We'll help make recommendations for the right settlement services provider – title company or attorney – and schedule the settlement; you'll finalize your moving arrangements and be sure you have the funds to settle.

Conduct Final Walk-through

Make sure that everything is in order for your new home – required repairs are complete and conveyance items are in place.

Attend Settlement

There will be lots of documents to review and sign, all thoroughly explained – and then you get the keys to your new home.
