The following charts track four leading market indicators, and are updated on or about the 10th of every month. “New Pendings” shows the number of contracts ratified each month and is the best indication of the direction of the market. And please note that it is not unusual to see significant monthly change, both up and down, in the Average Sales Price chart. We use zip codes as the basis for these indicators to ensure there are sufficient data to make the charts relevant, and the Town of Leesburg rest in parts of two zip codes - 20176 and 20175. While all of these indicators are important, the best way to determine the value of a specific property is a thorough market analysis by a McEnearney Associate.
